Our Country System needs a new Industrial Democracy which improves the competitiveness of the company, respects the image of the worker, maintaining the balance between capitalism and the ethich work.
Is emerging a multi-stakeholder Industrial Relations system in which companies, workers, social Partners and institutions are not considered only as a “piece” of the assembly line, but are seen as a single thing in which the expectation of actors are taken into account.
The Round Table HRC 2018, is meant as the end of the labour activities carried out by the Community,animated by the synergistic and concrete unity of professionals, but also as a tangible manifestation of the will of the productive fabric to innovate the work dynamics, contributing in a direct and responsible way to a renewed organizational balance.
