Valeria currently holds the role of Regional HRBP and HR Director Italy in Flex, an American multinational group solution provider Sketch-to-Scale™ with head offices in Silicon Valley, present in 30 countries worldwide.

Sha has a humanistic background and a degree in Modern Languages.  Her first experience in HR covered recruitment and then she moved on to deal with Talent Acquisition.

Further to this role, she then dealt with a managerial role despite her innate passion for recruitment, training and development.

Vast international experience and change agent.

Currently she manages teams across EMEA.
