Tiziana holds a degree in law from “La Sapienza” Rome. She started her career in a law firm and then obtained a specialization in labour laws.

In 2004, her solid background and experience in this area opened an opportunity for her in Radio Dimensione Suono S.p.a. as HR Director, and since 2008 she has been HR & Legal Director.

Her innate passion for human resource topics inspires her to work on ambitious and challenging strategy projects within the organization.

She has achieved great goals in HR and her contribution has led to TOP Employers award on two occasions in 2017 and 2018.
