Over 10 years of experience in HR Management, specializing in Mergers, Cultural Integration, and Digital Transformation.
My goal in HR is to restructure the business environment so it represents our new digital culture – a culture that has been changed by interconnectivity of the web an the constantly evolving technology. We need to respond to this new world in all the HR processes – from hiring to organizational structure, performance review, career development, talent recruitment and retention.
Degrees in Economics and Psychology, both of which help on the job in understanding the business as well as the people side of management.
Currently – HR in Banking Sector
- Managing the cultural integration after two recent mergers with two banks
- Redirecting the bank’s balance between the customer journey and the complexity of regulations in the finance sector
- Negotiating the bonus system with the bank and unions so bonuses are aligned with performance and collaboration. (This is part of an overall plan, described below)
- Developing a new mindset and approach to transition the bank into the 21st century economy and to changes in the pipeline.
Past – 10 Year at Volkswagen
- Targeted and developed solutions for quality issues per country, Emirates, South America, and China
- Established quality standards per country in Volkswagen’s international training program of three international training
- Coordinated per region the establishment of three international training schools: one each in the Emirates, South America, and China.
