Tamara Tonioni was born in Bolzano, in 1975; she has a diploma in languages and a degree in Political Science. Her HR career took off in 2002 in Edison, but she then moved on to Adecco as Branch Director and subsequently became Training Consultant.

In 2012, she took on the role of HR Director Southern Europe in Röchling Automotive, managing 1.300 employees in 7 plants in 3 countries.
