I am a human resources manager with solid technical and managerial skills acquired in multinational contexts of italian and foreign corporations in the pharmaceutical, TLC and industrial sectors.I have a 360 degree knowledge in recruiting, training and development, organization, remuneration policies, personnel administration, labor relations and litigation management areas. My approach is determined and tenacious with a strong orientation to management support through innovative solutions with a decisive base of social responsibility, professional and managerial skills.

In 2003 I started to work as HR Director in Lundbeck Italy, a Danish multinational company specializing in research, production, marketing and sales of Psychiatric and Neurological pharmaceuticals. In Italy the company employs 110 people and has revenues of 80M€.

As a direct report to the Managing Director and a permanent member of the management team I am responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategies, training and development, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, labor relations, IT management and general services.

Past experience:

2001 – 2003 as HR Business Partner in Global Cap Spa – Milan: Italian Multinational company leader in the production and marketing of aluminum shutters with manufacturing plants in Poland, Spain and the UK.

1999 – 2001 as Hr Specialist in Cisco System – Milan: American multinational corporation leader in networking systems.

1996 – 1999 as HR Generalist in Pirelli Cables and Systems, Milano: Italian Multinational leader in the telecommunications sector.
