Laura holds a Business Administration Degree from the University Luigi Bocconi. She started her professional career in 1994 in the area of recruitment and has continued to work in Manpower Italia as Head of Recruitment, holding other roles such as, Key Account Manager, Head of Strategy, Studies and Programs. From 2005 to 2017, she was Human Resources Director of Manpower Group coordinating all HR activities within the Group.

In 2017, she became Head of Learnability and Development Europe Manpower Group. Her main responsibilities involved developing training strategies and programs in certain specific region.
