Elena holds a Psychology degree from Sapienza University; she is an HR Director with 360º experience in Hr, Organization and Strategy Management. She began her career in Spain as a consultant for Randstad. She then moved on and worked for a brief period as a Project Manager in Synovate Censidiam. In 2006, she began working in Hoss Intropia, a Spanish fashion company and launched the start-up Dpto Hr that she managed until 2013. She recently became VP HR Italy, Iberia and Middle East.
