Pino Mercuri is responsible for recruiting, managing and enhancing the Italian HR, reporting directly to the CEO Silvia Candiani. He has also the role of promoting the “New World of Working” vision across the company.

Pino Mercuri joined Microsoft after 13 years in the HR field, working for multinational companies the likes of Unilever, Vodafone, Tele2, Artsana Group. Recently, Mercuri worked as HR and Organization Manager Rapid Development Countries for Ariston Thermo Group.

Married with three children, Pino Mercuri in his spare time loves to travel, cinema, good food and has a passion for new technologies, practicing various sports including football and running.
