I am a sociologist, a technology enthusiast member of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Leadership Team in Italy, as head of People Engagement, Internal Communications and Social Innovation.

My career has focused on managing major company changes in program management roles, leading organization change, communication management, external customer relationship, and the application of innovative solutions. As an Executive HR, I have achieved a solid background in development. I have a personal aptitude in leading people, with more than 15 years of experience in coaching and mentoring. Previously, I worked as a consultant in implementing and defining performance management and talent development processes.

I’m a good communicator, empathetic, creative, flexible and open to innovation. I have led several European teams over the last fifteen years, focusing on project management, talent, diversity and career development.

Graduated with honors in Sociology, I gained a specialization in business leadership at the Southern Methodist University of Dallas – USA. I’m married with three children, living in Rome, Italy
