After graduating in Engineering Management, Marco began his career as a management consultant.

In 1999 he became part of Information Resources Inc. (IRI Infoscan) and was responsible for the production planning of IT services GD – DO.

In 2001 he moved to Banca Intesa working on procedures and governance tools and ICT.

In 2005, he took on the role of Head of Organization in SSB – Società per i Servizi Bancari and later in 2007 he dealt with the merger with SIA and the restructuring of the Group.

In SIA, as the Group HR & Organization Director he is responsible for leading the HR team at a global level with over 3500 employees in 48 different countries.
