Umberto Tossini has been the Global Human Resources & Organization Director at Automobili Lamborghini. He as a solid background in the core areas of HR, which have permitted him to lead an important cultural transformation process in his organisation. His holistic approach involved integrating business and innovation, people motivation and economic and environmental sustainability. This approach brought about important achievements and awards for Best Employer of Choice 2013 and Top Employer for 5 years.

Umberto was born in Avellino, in 1967 and holds a degree in law from the Luiss University. Since 2015, he lectures in People Management at Master EMBA Bologna Business School.
