Stefano De Giovanni holds a degree in Law and from 1995 until 2002 he was the HR Director of BPC Biosed Srl: He is currently the Human Resources and Organization Director at Acqualatina S.p.A.(Veolia Group) a Water Integrated Service Provider in Central Italy. He has vast experience in the following areas:
• Co-operating with CEO in development and implementation of personnel policy relating to human resources. Managing personnel plans, costs, layoffs, local branches, reorganization.
• Developing organizational processes and relevant procedures issuing.
• Dealing with all issues relating to: management and staff development (career plans, development, training, pay), personnel recruiting and hiring, industrial labour relationship.
• Responsible for Personnel Administration.
• Excellent skills on trade union and working relationships, litigations and labour law.
