With more than 15 years’ experience in HR, Serena Apicella has held the role of HR Director in Italy and other countries for important international companies such as: Value Retail Italia – a company that specializes in managing luxury outlet shopping, UCB Pharmaceuticals and Dell Italy. Earlier in her career, Serena was an HR Manager in General Electric Oil & Gas, Johnson & Johnson Medical and Indesit Company, where she also held the role of People and Knowledge Development Manager for the Group.
