Ruggero holds a degree in Business Administration from the University Studi di Parma with a specialisation in labour contracts. He has developed a vast experience in plant logistics and above all the food industry. Currently he is the HR Director Region Italy at Barilla, where he has worked for 3 years living in Cologne and is responsible for HR Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Holland).
