Riccardo holds a law degree from the University of Perugia and took part in the Executive Leadership Program Finmeccanica at the Imperial College of London. He is a seasoned HR professional with a solid background in all areas of HR.  He recently became Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development in Telecom Italia and has held various senior roles in leading organisations such as Selex, Enel-Wind. Riccardo has also published books in the field of HR and has lectured at Luiss International MBA.
