Paolo Le Pera is currently the HR Director at Philip Morris Italy. He began his HR career in 1996 working for Procter & Gamble. Over the years he has held various important roles in different industries and  companies allowing him to acquire a vast knowledge in HR.

He has worked in Repubblica-Espresso, Wyeth-Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, British American Tobacco and Towers-Watson Middle East.  In 2010 he took on the role of HR Director in Philip Morris Italia, becoming Director HR Research & Development – Switzerland and Singapore in 2013. Since 2015 he holds the role of HRD Italia and is responsible for all legal entities in PMI Italy.
