Monica Magrì has been the Human Resources Director at Cerved Group S.p.A. since September 2016.

Monica’s previous roles include Head of Human Resources at AllianzGI Europe, where she worked in close contact with the business to create a European holding implementing a new HR strategy. Her role on the board of “Inclusion & Diversity” was fundamental to the introduction of the “EDGE strategy” (Gender Equality Certification) and in implementing Welfare initiatives.

In Pioneer Investments (UniCredit Group) she held the role of Head of Human Resources Western Europe and International Distribution. Prior to this, she was also Head of HR Management Services in Ferrero and Director of HR & Communication in SIFI Group.

She has vast experience in the areas organisational and cultural transformation with a focus on CEO & Management Team in times of change. She is a member of the Unicredit Coaching Community. She has a diploma in Ontological Coaching at Newfield Network US and is a Certified Executive Coach (Newfield Certified Coach e ICF International Coaching Federation).

She has a Master’s Degree in “Advanced European Studies in Administration and Politics” from the European College Bruges and graduated in Political Science.
