Broad skill set built making business, leading changes and transformation for 30 years+ in challenging market gaining extensive experience in different roles in Business, Project Management and, since 2007, in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
I developed strong competence and experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, with focus on transformation and development of high performing organization. Change Management, Resilience and Leading capabilities have been enabling factors to reach and exceed targets within challenging eco-system and labour regulations.
I have been managing complex organization and transformation projects in Italy and in the Region Mediterranean, 25 countries, including design and implementation of major workforce transformation, mainly in Italy and Romania, with a turnover of 2500+ employees.
In the same period, I led many M&A deals in Italy and other countries in South East Europe insourcing 5000+ employees.
I represented the Region Mediterranean at the European Works Council in the period 2010 – 2011 to renew, update and sign the Global Agreement between the Company and the Council representing Countries in EU.
My experience started in 1981 at Ericsson in Italy. Till then most significant experiences have been in Business Consulting for New Operators, Key Account Management, Broadband Network Architecture, International contract management of high capacity submarine optical links.
