Lina holds a degree in Economy and Commerce from “l’Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II”, and has held roles as an account, labour consultant and auditor.

She specialises in Human Resources, Payroll, employee contracts, salary arbitration, recruitment, international taxation, visas, pension funds Italian laws, organization.
Since January 2008, she has been the HRO Manager at Fondazione Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT), Genova coordinating the entire team. She deals with all aspects of HR, recruitment, payroll and development programs.
She is also the director on behalf of IIT in Resaver Consortium in order to constitute a paneuropean pension fund (Resaver IORP) in the frame of Horizon 2020.
