Laura holds a degree in law and a Master’s in Human Resources.

In 2002, she became part of the Human Resources Department of Ericsson Telecomunizioni SpA. Her professional career in HR touched upon three different areas, Recruitment, Comp & Ben organization development, employee relations HR IT. She has always worked in an international context with diverse backgrounds and cultures. After having worked in Spain for roughly 2 years she returned to Italy and initially covered the role of HRBP, followed by Head of HR Generalist Mediterranean Regions. Currently, she overlooks 12 countries of the Customer Unit Mediterranean.
