Laura Bruno has held the position of HR Director Sanofi Italia since 2010 and in 2014, she became part of the Board.

She plays an active role in the main pharmaceutical trade associations, such as Farmindustria, l’Associazione delle imprese del farmaco, and Federchimica, la Federazione nazionale delle industrie chimiche, where she deals with all areas of HR. She is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy. Since April 2016, she has been a career advisor at Bocconi Association.

She is a strong supporter of female leadership and is part of the association Valore D.  She has also participated to “In the Boardroom” an innovative training program by Valore D, dedicated to women leaders.

She holds a degree in Economy from Università Bocconi, Milan with a specialisation in company organisation.

She is a seasoned HR practitioner and has worked in national and international companies such as, Bracco, Amgen and Hewlett Packard.
