Ignacio Monfort began his career at Baxter as a Training & Development Lead in 1994 following several years as HR Manager in Saica, Allied Domecq and Rexam. Over the last 24 years was mainly involved with talent acquisition, business development, talent and HR management and performance management. Actually, he is The HR Director for South Europe.

Ignacio has a BA in Psychology and BA in Science of Work and Master in several discipline like H&S and HR Management, recently he finalized in the IESE Business School the PDG Program.
