Giorgio is responsible for Learning & Development at Gruppo Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A., where he deals with talent acquisition, training and development.

His professional career has developed through three main areas: development and learning, organizational changes, HR management.
Development and learning represents a constant feature of his background, ranging from designing and implementing innovative learning solutions to the creation of focused pipelines of ready now leaders.
Organizational changes area includes merge, reorganization, restructuring, but also process redesign and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
In terms of HR management, as HRBP and HR manager, he tries to ensure proximity to the business, understand it and better serve it.

He aims to combine and integrating business needs with people’s “talents” to make the organization effective. He has a forward-looking vision and a great passion for people.
