After a Master Degree in law and a Master in International Affairs, I’ve started my career in Ferrero in 2007 following the management of Alba Factory workers. I had then the opportunity to be the HR referent for the construction and implementation of the Ferrero new plant in Turkey. Subsequently I’ve been HR Manager of the Ferrero Plant of Arlon, in Belgium; the HRBP for the Ferrero Supply Chain function and, as my current position, HRBP for Central Technical functions (Scientific Direction, Packaging and Pubbliregia).
