Born in 1972, Emiliano graduated in Economy & Commerce and furthered his studies at the IMD Business School, Lausanne attending an HR Excellence Program. He began his career as head of personnel in Gruppo Fiat, and subsequently became HR Manager at Fiat Auto China.

Over the last years, he has held many important roles in the areas of HR working for leading companies such as Vodafone covering the position of HR Head of Commercial and in Birra Peroni/SABMiller as HR Director. In 2015, Emiliano Maria Cappuccitti returned to Coca-Cola HBC Italia, where he previously worked as a Sales & Marketing Training Manager. His vast multicultural experience together with his deep understanding of the Italian market, have had a major impact on training, development, engagement and well-being of all employees in Coca-Cola HBC Italia.
