Davide Boccacci has worked in the pharmaceutical sector for over 20 years, he has a solid background in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and HR. He has worked in various international contexts across Europe. He is a trainer and expert in Communication, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, Growth Mindset, Gamification and Engagement. Currently, he is Head of HR Industrial Division at Bristol-Myers Squibb Italy.  Davide has also participated as a speaker at OpEx Week Orlando – Florida, ManuPharma – Frankfurt, HR Life Sciences Summit – Berlin, GeMa School of Management – Rome.
