After obtaining a degree in Law and a Master’s in Human Resources, Gianfranco’s career took off in companies such as Accenture, Autodesk S.p.A. Vodafone, Coca-Cola HBC.

From 2013 – 2017 he was the HR Group Director, Sorgenia and dealt with the complicated restructuring and relaunching phase of the company. Since May 2017, he has been the Group HR of Humanitas.

His aim is to enable organizations to discover every talent through innovation, technology & smart working.
