Guido Moscheni is a highly skilled, determined and committed manager with more than 28 years of experience in the Human Resources field, gained within Manufacturing multinational environments.

He started his experience in IVECO as young graduate and grew within the Company covering more and more increasing responsibilities, always working as business partner with line managers supporting them in pursuing business strategic choices, reengineering projects and focusing on people management with a high level of commitment on the development of young high potential resources.

Guido is today covering the position of HR Business Partner for Manufacturing, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer of CNH Industrial,  looking at 64 Production Plants worldwide, and managing a perimeter of roughly 40.000 employees.
