Fabio La Cava graduated in Economy & Commerce at the “Luiss Guido Carli, Roma”. He started his career in   Indesit Company with over 3.500 employees as an HR Generalist. He has also worked for Telecom Italia Mobile, Unilever, (in one of the largest European plants with over 1300 employees) and then returned to Indesit Company.

In 2007, he became Group Human Resources Director in Biesse Spa where, for 12 years he managed Talent Development, Compensation & Benefit, International Mobility, Learning, and Recruiting. In June 2018, Fabio was appointed the role of Global Human Resources in Aetna Group spa.
