Roberto holds a degree from the University of Teramo in Political Science and a specialization (DES Diploma di Studi Superiori) from the University of Geneva in Development Economics. As the current Vice President Human Resources he is responsible for coordinating and directing the planning, development, implementation, administration and budgeting of the following Human Resources functions for all Bosch Southern Europe associates (more than 6.000 employees): employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, training, shared services. Advise companies boards in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions.
