Adriano has held various HR roles in his career: from Industrial Relations to Development and Organizational well-being in FCA and Gruppo Espresso until 2006 when he moved to Jabil.

After a two-year experience as Managing Director in BFM, he returns to HR as Director of EMEA in Techint managing the complex process of change management. Since January 2017 he covers the role of Head of HR EMEAR, Oerlikon Drive System.
