I am an experienced management consultant specialising in the design and implementation of new HR operating models to deliver business goals. I have worked on over 20 complex transformation programmes with organisations including; BP, John Lewis Partnership, Novartis, United Health Group and UK NHS Trusts.
After gaining an MSc in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence, long before Siri and Watson, I still work at the intersection of people, technology and organisational development.
I am passionate about building better workplaces and spend my time researching, consulting, writing, speaking, training and coaching. My recent work has included publishing a research paper for the Blockchain Research Institute on “Blockchain and the CHRO”.
HR/Digital/Workforce Transformation have similar goals and I help organisations prepare for how work will be delivered in the future.
