Daniela holds a degree in legal studies, gemmology and HR.

She began her career in an American multinational as a gemmologist following her passion. She then focused on people as gems and their added value and her career took a different direction.

Her first experience in HR began at Bosch as an HR Junior, then in Altrocosumo as an HR Generalist and finally as an HR Generalist Senior. She then moved to Nordcom where she was appointed HR Manager and is currently the HR Manager in GES Italy S.p.A., Globe Express Services.
