Mauro has over 25 years’ experience in HR and since 2015 he holds the role of Talent Manager in Ferrero Italia coordinating over 7.000 employees, he deals with  Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development activities.
In Ferrero, Mauro has held roles of responsibility at a both national and international level, including HRBP, and HR specialist.
He is married with 3 daughters, enjoys motor biking, fine dining, sports especially football and mountain climbing.
