HR Director with strategic and leadership skills with a strong international background and a wide range of competences in Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility. A relevant portfolio of competences and experience in the following areas: organization, industrial relations, development and management of international careers (above all in luxury automotive Brands worldwide), training and academy programs and projects, corporate responsibility (education), employer branding and internal marketing, international management recruiting, leadership and Talent development programs.
Luigi began his HR career in 1990 in Telettra/Alcatel, a telecommunication company. In 1994 he began working for Barilla in Parma as HR Manager in various Plants, Bakery in Italy. Then, from 1999 to 2005 he took up the role of HR Manager at Ferrari – Maranello, initially as Industrial and R&D Manager and finally as HR Manager of all Ferrari Granturismo. From 2005 to 2008 Luigi has also held important roles both in Italy and abroad with Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Lancia Brands as HR Director. Since 2008 he is HR and Corporate Responsibility Director of Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. Bologna.
