Valerio Vitolo, born August 1963 in Nocera Inferiore (SA), married with two children. After obtaining a law degree at the young age of 22, Valerio starts a career in HR, gaining 30 years of experience, in private national companies (FIAT) and in the public sector (ILVA and Fincantieri). Valerio then moved on to roles with increasing responsibilities in multinationals (Schmalback Lubeca, Unilever, British American Tobacco) in Italy and abroad. Currently he is HR and legal Director of South Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece) in Nomad Foods Europe and also member of the board of directors of the Italian company of the group (CSI – Compagnia Surgelati Italiana spa) better known as the Findus brand.
