Paola holds a degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan and has a specialisation in Organization and Personnel from SDA Bocconi School of Management. She began her career in L’Oréal Group where she remained for 11 years in important HR and marketing roles.

In 2005, she was appointed Human Resource Director of L’Oréal Luxury Products S.p.A and then in 2008 became HR Director Europe moving to Paris HQs, she later took on the role of Global HR Director of Travel Retail.

In 2010, she obtained a Master Executive (CEDEP) at Insead Business School.

From 2011til 2013 she held the role of HR Director Mediterranean area at Ernst&Young (EY) and was then engaged by Techint Group as an HR & Organization Director of Humanitas.
