Sonia Malaspina has a degree in languages from the University of Cattolica and is the mother of a 10-year-old daughter. During her career, she has managed employees in Lucent Technologies, Dell and Kelloggs. In 2011, she joined Mellin, part of the Danone group as HR Director. Her responsibilities are extended in 2016 when she became HR Director for the Italy and Greece cluster. In 2018, she is promoted to HR Director in Danone for the South and East Europe cluster. Mellin has been awarded Great place to work since 2013 and GPTW for women in 2017 and 2018.
