Born in Rome, 39 years old and mother of a little boy, Francesca started her career in HR after graduating in Political Science at LUISS Guido Carli, Rome. She has covered roles as a Business Partner and Center of Excellence in Barilla and in L’Oréal and in 2007 she became Global HR Director at Gruppo Bialetti.

In 2010, she became part of Gruppo Whirlpool, after having held the roles of HR Director EMEA Industrial Operations & Industrial Relations, Talent Director EMEA, and HR Director EMEA Business Operations and having overseen the integration of Gruppo Whirlpool and Indesit, she was nominated HR Vice President EMEA region. Since October 2017, she has been Global Chief HR Officer at Gruppo Amplifon a global leader in hearing healthcare in 22 countries with 14,000 employees.
