NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION IN MULTICULTURAL SETTINGS
Eye contact, handshaking, physical distance and many other nonverbal communication have different meanings in different cultures. A simple gesture may be inappropriate in a particular context. During this workshop we will learn what type of nonverbal communication is appropriate and what is better to avoid in a multicultural environment.
