Do we need to rethink at new models of work? It is not only a managerial, but it is also a communication topic. There are many choices that a lot of organizations are making in this direction through initiatives which support the well-being of employees (smart working, new corporate welfare systems, work life balance, wellbeing in the workplace, new sustainable programs).
But..is it really enough?
To redefine concretely new models of work, it is necessary a shift in paradigms, towards a new anthropocentric dimension.This will contribute to the development of work environments in which people can live his professional work life not in conflict with others, but as something that integrates harmoniously with it.For this reason, we need a collective effort that involves institutions and companies, to build an effective dialogue and concrete plans.A new Welfare based on pluralism and subsidiarity values.This is the way that must be taken if we want to give importance to the “person”, investing in a relationship of trust and exchange.
