My goal in HR is to restructure the business environment so it represents our new digital culture – a culture that has been changed by interconnectivity of the web an the constantly evolving technology. • Managing the cultural integration after two recent mergers with two banks
• Redirecting the bank’s balance between the customer journey and the complexity of regulations in the finance sector
