]]> 43 years of age and a mother of 2 children, Daniela Paliotta has headed the Human Resources Sales & Financial Services at Mercedes-Benz since 2015.

She began her career in Mercedes in 2002, holding various important roles in the areas of training and development with a special focus on change management and international projects.

Daniela is the first female Head of Human Resources at Mercedes-Benz and is currently involved in a deep cultural organizational change: an easy revolution, a new mindset that encompasses everything and everyone.

Her challenging role is to put people at the centre using new innovative concepts such as Positive Organisations and the Science of Happiness, Smart working and flexibility, People Care and Wellness.

Donatella’s informal style and her typically female determination that she defines as “gender advantage” support her in all her ambitious projects and vision.

]]> Giovanni Luca Perin has been Chief HR & Organization Officer of Generali Italia since June 2013, and is responsible for Personnel Country Italia (including Generali Italia, Alleanza, Genertel, Banca Generali, Genagricola and since 2016 Assicurazioni Generali as a holding).

He is the Managing Director of Generali Business Solutions and board member of Agricola San Giorgio, Genagricola, Welion.

His previous roles include HR Director AlleanzaToro (2013), HR Director and Organization of Sole 24 ore (2010); HR Director Magazine and Advertising Division at Mondadori Spa (2003).

From 1991 to 2003 he held many roles in the area of HR and Organization in Gruppo RCS, the last being HR Director and Organization of RCS Libri Spa (2001-2003).
