Katharine originally trained in dramatic art and continues to use story to engage hearts and minds in effective change. She enables people to bridge the gap between thinking and doing to influence climate and culture change. Prima di entrare a far parte di IGT, Guenter ha ricoperto ruoli sia nella direzione generale che in quella specialistica delle risorse umane per la società alimentare mondiale Mars. Oltre ai suoi 12 anni di esperienza nel settore delle risorse umane in società globali, ha anche lavorato per 5 anni nel settore della consulenza gestionale specializzandosi in Change Management e migliorando le prestazioni organizzative attraverso la gestione dei processi aziendali. Inoltre, Guenter ha applicato la sua esperienza e la sua passione per lo sviluppo del personale e la formazione partecipando come speaker a numerose conferenze presso diverse università austriache.</p>
