			<p class="p1">Professoressa di Business Administration con focus in Negotiation, Organizations &amp; Markets presso la Harvard Business School, affiliata al programma di negoziazione presso la Harvard Law School, con la Mind, Brain, Behaviour Initiative di Harvard e con il Behavioral Insight Group presso la Harvard Kennedy School.</p>
<p class="p1">Insegna Decision Making and Negotiation nel programma di studi elettivi MBA e nei programmi di Executive Education presso la Scuola. E’ co-presidente di un programma HBS Executive Education sull&#8217;applicazione dell&#8217;etica comportamentale nelle organizzazioni. E’ inoltre docente nel corso di dottorato sugli approcci comportamentali nel processo decisionale e un corso di dottorato sui metodi sperimentali. Il suo lavoro è stato pubblicato nelle principali riviste accademiche sia in psicologia e management, così come in numerosi “chapter” di libri e riviste professionali.</p>
<p class="p1">I suoi studi sono stati pubblicati su The Economist, The New York Times, Newsweek, Scientific American, Psychology Today e The Wall Street Journal, ed il suo lavoro è stato discusso su National Public Radio e CBS Radio.</p>
<p class="p1">E’ stata insignita di numerosi premi per le attività di insegnamento, compreso il premio HBS Faculty Award dalla classe MBA di Harvard Business School del 2015, e per la sua ricerca, incluso il premio Cummings Scholarly Achievement Award del 2013, dalla Divisione di comportamento organizzativo dell&#8217;Academy of Management. Nel 2015, è stata scelto da Poets &amp; Quants tra i loro &#8220;40 under 40&#8221;, un elenco dei migliori professori di economia aziendale al di sotto dei 40 anni.</p>
<p class="p1">Oltre a insegnare e fare ricerca, consiglio le aziende e le organizzazioni no-profit nei settori della negoziazione, del processo decisionale, della leadership e del comportamento organizzativo. Autrice dei libri Rebel Talent e Sidetracked.</p>

			<p class="p1">Jubin Honarfar è viennese con radici iraniane e attualmente dirige una Digital Startup con oltre 30 persone provenienti da tutto il mondo. Mentre studiava medicina e amministrazione aziendale, Jubin ha partecipato a diverse attività, tra cui l&#8217;organizzazione di programmi di assistenza all&#8217;infanzia per le Nazioni Unite e programmi per i rifugiati attraverso il Dipartimento di Stato degli Stati Uniti. Ha anche guidato la gestione di eventi e campagne di marketing per varie aziende. Avvicinato dal suo amico d&#8217;infanzia Ali Mahlodji con una nuova idea imprenditoriale, Jubin fu subito convinto e abbandonò l&#8217;università. I due uniscono le forze per la creazione di una piattaforma di video interviste sul lavoro che consenta ai giovani di trovare la loro vocazione: nasce whatchado. Tre anni dopo diviene co-fondatore, amministratore delegato e direttore commerciale, responsabile dello sviluppo del business internazionale. Con la sua squadra giovane ed entusiasta, sta perseguendo il suo più grande obiettivo di vita: cambiare per sempre il mercato del lavoro. La storia di Jubin è un riflesso di migliaia di storie che il racconto ha raccolto nel corso degli anni: se vai per la tua strada, contro ogni previsione, puoi raggiungere la grandezza.</p>
